You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Payments are made through our secure payment gateway using credit/debit cards or other available payment methods.
If your tutor does not show up for a scheduled session, please contact our support team immediately for assistance and to arrange a refund or reschedule.
After your session, you will receive an email prompting you to rate your tutor and provide feedback. You can also do this from your account dashboard.

Students can book a laptop for hourly, daily, or weekly use. Devices come pre-installed with essential software (MS Office, Zoom, browsers). No cash deposit is required — instead, students complete a quick risk assessment and a rental agreement co-signed by a parent/guardian.
The student and parent/guardian are responsible for repair or replacement, as outlined in the Laptop Rental Agreement and Affidavit of Responsibility.
You can book online. Choose your time slot (30 minutes, 1 hour, or late-night study), and receive instant confirmation. Spaces include a laptop, free Wi-Fi, and refreshments during late-night sessions.
Yes. Students can book individually or as a group for projects, study sessions, or exam preparation.
The Late Night Study package (6 pm – 6 am) includes laptop use, unlimited Wi-Fi, and free coffee/tea in a safe, quiet study environment.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own refreshments. Free coffee/tea is provided during late-night study sessions, and light snacks are allowed.
Absolutely. Our high-speed Wi-Fi is optimized for online classes, research, video calls, and group projects — whether you’re in a tutoring session or booked in a Learning Space.

Payments for your tutoring sessions are processed through our platform and transferred to your designated bank account on a regular basis.
